How do I Secure My Date?
Ans: 50% of your total cost is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is paid on site
When Is The Least Time To Secure My Date?
Ans: At least a week before your event
Do You Have Insurance?
Ans: We are covered with limited liability Insurance and we can provide that at your request
Are There Traveling Fees?
Ans: There are no traveling fees in the Chicago Area and Chicago Suburbs
Can I Cancel After Booking?
Ans: Yes you can. You can do so in your client portal
Do I receive a refund after canceling?
Ans: 50% of the rental are not refundable at least a week before the event
What Is The Limit To The Photo Print
Ans: 200 photos per event
How Long Does It Take To Receive the Refund?
Ans: 5 – 7 business day
